The CTS laser direct imaging machine uses TI's DMD digital imaging
technology to form a clear and sharp direct network point image on
the silk screen through laser projection. In this way, the digital
graphics in the computer can be imaged on the screen. This system
has become
the process of making screen images before silk screen printing.
CTS images are superior to traditional film positives, providing
more detail and smoother halftone transitions. Dimensional
accuracy, the error is less than one ten thousandth. All images do
not require expensive film, nor do they require the space and labor
required to store and retrieve them. Because the image information
is digitized, it is easy to store and quickly retrieve.
CTS temperature control adaptive technology, save energy costs,
reduce screen exposure time and speed up production. It only takes
3 minutes to expose each square meter of the screen, with precise
alignment and less labor.

Computer-to-screen (CTS)
Data files is directly read by the computer to screen (CTS) and
then converted into images which will be transmitted through laser
beams onto screens by DMD and lens.
The laser direct exposure machine introduces digital optical
processing (DLP) technology into the field of screen imaging, using
DLP laser direct imaging technology to replace the traditional film
or mask exposure mode, and is equipped with HIWINSP-level guide
rails and linear motor Renishaw gratings. Marble base, etc., to
ensure the stability of the machine.
What is automatic expanding and shrinking?
In view of the special effect of printing paper with screen,
traditional films need to be edited for printing down due to
deformation after printing paper, resulting in manual work waste
and precision loss. CTS300-AI uses CCD industrial camera to capture
paper data, calculate paper deformation data through powerful
computing ability while automatically expand and shrink the graph
according to the paper deformation data, so that the graph on the
screen accurately aligns the deformed paper, thereby eliminating
the distress of editing film.
